Shipping + Returns
 

All items are IN STOCK. Please allow approx. 14 business days (due to high demand and popularity) to pack and ship out your order. Keep in mind that during times of high order volume (Father's Day, Mother's Day & the Holidays), turnaround may be a little longer. If you need an item sooner, please contact us to arrange alternate shipping options.

Shipping notifications are sent out via email after order is shipped with a tracking number which allows you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order. Delivery times may be longer around major holidays.


We offer a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) or an exchange on damaged or blemished items, excluding Samples and Prototypes. If your goods are in any way damaged, defective or blemished when you receive them (excluding Samples and Prototypes), please do not hesitate to contact us about replacement or refund within 15 days of your delivery. Email us at care@baccurelli.com with pictures of the damage, and we'll do our best to make the returns process easy.

Steps to return/exchange
1. Repackage your item(s) you are returning securely (if possible, in the same box or in a box comparable to the one you received your item in).
2. Include a copy of your packing slip and the order# with the item(s) you are returning.
3. If a product is blemished or defective (excluding Samples and Prototypes), it may be exchanged for items of equal value, which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
4. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that never arrive.

Return labels
if you are in the US, send us an email at care@baccurelli.com and we can provide a return label for you. Unfortunately we cannot provide return labels for orders outside of the US, so you need to purchase your label directly and we will refund you the cost once we receive your item. Please include ( or email us) a copy of your shipping receipt, otherwise we cannot process your label refund.
